1. Booking and Payment
By booking a cruise with Cruise4all, you agree to these terms and conditions. All bookings require a deposit of 20% of the total cruise fare at the time of reservation. Final payment is due 90 days prior to departure. Failure to make final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking and loss of deposit. All prices are in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees vary based on the timing: cancellations made 90 days or more before departure will result in loss of deposit; 89-60 days before departure will result in 50% of total fare; 59-30 days will result in 75% of total fare; less than 30 days will result in 100% of total fare. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
3. Cruise Modifications and Responsibilities
Cruise4all reserves the right to modify itineraries, departure dates, or prices due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, mechanical issues, or safety concerns. While we strive to provide accurate information, we are not liable for any errors or omissions in our brochures or website. Passengers are responsible for having valid travel documents, including passports and visas where required.
4. Health and Safety
Passengers must inform us of any medical conditions, disabilities, or special needs at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse passage to anyone who, in our judgment, may affect the health, safety or enjoyment of other passengers. All passengers must comply with our health and safety protocols, including any measures implemented in response to public health situations.
5. Baggage and Personal Items
Each passenger is allowed two pieces of checked baggage not exceeding 23kg each. Cruise4all is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the cruise. Valuable items should be kept in cabin safes when available. Additional baggage restrictions may apply for certain excursions or transfers.
6. Onboard Conduct
Passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not interfere with the comfort, enjoyment, or safety of other passengers. Cruise4all reserves the right to disembark any passenger whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, with no refund provided. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. The use of drones or similar devices is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.
